Full Campaign Build [Part 3]: Creating a Landing Page in HubSpot

  1. Access Templates

    • Go to Marketing → Website → Landing Pages.

    • Locate the Landing Page Template and Thank You Page Template.

    • If you don’t see them, use the Search Templates bar.

  2. Clone the Landing Page Template

    • Clone the template to start your new page.

    • Use a clear naming convention: [Funnel Stage] + [Content Offer Name] (e.g., “TOFU – ABC Ebook”).

  3. Add the Form

    • Select the correct master form based on funnel stage (e.g., Master TOFU Form for top-of-funnel offers).

    • Ensure the form is placed correctly on the page.

  4. Customize Page Content

    • Replace placeholder headings, subheadings, and text with content provided by the writer.

    • Upload and insert beauty shots (images of the offer):

      • Create a Content Offer Folder in Files.

      • Inside it, create a Beauty Shots subfolder.

      • Upload the beauty shot images and replace placeholders with them.

  5. Set Up the CTA (Call-to-Action)

    • Add a CTA button at the bottom of the page.

    • Link it as a jump link back to the top of the page:

      • Insert an anchor at the top.

      • Configure the button as an external link with a hashtag (#AnchorName).

  6. Configure Page Settings

    • Name the page clearly (e.g., “LP – TOFU – ABC Ebook”).

    • Set the Page Title (for search engines) → typically “Offer Name | Client Business Name”.

    • Set the Page URL → usually the name of the content offer.

    • Add a Meta Description (optional, but good practice).

  7. Assign the Campaign

    • Attach the landing page to the correct Marketing Campaign created earlier.

  8. Publish the Page

    • Review text, images, and settings.

    • Publish the landing page.

    • Proceed to create the Thank You Page as the counterpart.
