Full Campaign Build [Part 7]: Creating Nurture Emails

  1. Clone and Name the Email

    • Go to Marketing → Email.

    • Clone a Promotional Email Template.

    • Use naming convention: Promo [#] – [Funnel Stage] – [Content Offer Name].

  2. Set Email Type

    • Mark it as an Automated Email (not a one-off send).

    • These emails will send automatically in sequence, not manually.

  3. Add Content

    • Paste in the promotional email text provided by the Content Team.

    • Configure the Primary CTA Button:

      • Button text: “Download Now” (or similar).

      • Link to the Landing Page.

    • Configure the Secondary CTA:

      • Insert the CTA created earlier (e.g., consultation or secondary offer).

      • Set it to maximum width on mobile.

      • Remove extra padding for a clean, full-width look.

  4. Set Sender Information

    • Configure the email to send from the Contact Owner.

    • Add Personalization Tokens:

      • Contact Owner Full Name (for sender name).

      • Contact Owner Email (for sender email address).

  5. Add Subject & Preview Text

    • Insert subject line and preview text (provided by the content team).

  6. Campaign & Web Version Settings

    • Associate the email with the correct Campaign.

    • Create a Web Version (optional) so recipients can view the email in a browser.

  7. Review Send Settings

    • Ensure the “Don’t send to unengaged contacts” box is unchecked so the email reaches as many contacts as possible.

  8. Publish the Email

    • Review all content, CTAs, and settings.

Click Review and Publish.
